- Employment information (employer, occupation — required by law for contributions above applicable thresholds)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we receive only card type and last four digits)

Political contributions and contributor information are subject to public disclosure requirements under applicable campaign finance laws. Information submitted through RaiseHQ may be included in public campaign finance reports filed with the FEC, FPPC, or other agencies.
6. Data Retention
We retain campaign and donor data for a minimum of 7 years to comply with applicable campaign finance record-keeping requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).
